Men In Blaque is open to singers within the Southern California community and an official affiliation with UCI is not mandatory. Strong musical skills, a good voice, enthusiastic commitment to musical excellence and a desire to perform a variety of musical repertoire is what makes Men In Blaque successful.

While there is currently a waiting list for membership in the ensemble, we encourage you to visit one of our rehearsals and to sing with us. If you wish to audition, please plan on performing three short selections that show the widest possible range of musical and vocal color.

Working from a diverse repertoire that ranges from popular Broadway musicals to awe-inspiring chant, Men In Blaque can tailor a performance for your organization no matter what type of event you're planning.

Our versatility and ability to sing extended vocal ranges allows for us to sing Renaissance music in original soprano, alto, tenor, and bass voicing, folk songs from many countries, standard male glee club arrangements, barbershop favorites, spirituals, musical theater selections and repertoire performed by the famous English male ensemble, the King's Singers.
